BENDMASTER 42 MRV IMS
The BEND MASTER 42 MRV IMS, a 5 or 6 axis
machines can produce the most diverse
components. The electric movement of the bend
axis guarantees a smooth and noiseless arm
motion. The horizontal & vertical movement of
head permits multi-radius bending, even with
very different radii and variable radius bends.
Punching, boring, hitch feeding, automatic
unloading and connection to a load-unload robot
are other possibilities offered by this tube
bender. In addition, thanks to a simple yet
ingenious solution, it is possible to bend both
in clockwise and counter-clockwise direction on
the BEND MASTER 42 MRV IMS; it can become a
CW-CCW machine whilst keeping the reduced
overall dimensions of a CW machine. Programming
the tube bender is immediate, simple and
intuitive; the possibility of saving data
relative to tooling sets and elastic springback
makes writing programs much more simple. The
